Hello!!
I need to apologize!! I have not been very good at doing emails recently! I could write lists and lists of excuses but I won't do that!!
I think I need to tell everyone, Merry Christmas, Happy New year, and for those of you with a Chinese background 新年快乐! ( Happy Chinese new year )
The last couple of emails I have sent I was in KL. As I am writing this email to you now, I am in Singapore. I have just been transfered and kind of funny enough I will be serving in a Filipino ward! Kamusta ka po Elder McAllister, not to far huh? ;)
I can share with you a little bit about my experience in KL! First off it was so amazing I love Malaysia and I love the members there! Sadly I was only about to be with them for 6 weeks, but I made many life long friends!

I think the biggest thing I have learned in KL is the balance of being busy, but still being able to get things done. There would be nights that I would have so much to do, then the natural man would kick in and come up with an excuse of why I couldn't do any of it. But then with some prayer and patience I was able to accomplish tasks!
Now I am in Singapore and it is a dream! The people are amazing and there is just so much to do!

My new companion is Elder Delis and we cover 2 different wards, as well as help out with some things in the mission office! It is so fun! The coolest part is we actually sat next to each other on the plane ride here! :)
Working with Filipinos is SOOO different! They are some of the most spiritual people I have ever met in my life! Seriously you could just go up to someone that is from the Philippines and have the most spiritual conversation. Just at church on Sunday we had 10+ new people just walk in and wanted to know more about the church! It was so fun to not only share with them but  get to know them and their stories!
( Picture with all the filipinos and the Book of Mormon )
Lastly I just want to bear my testimony, and totally just sell you on the fact that come follow me is SOO cool! I have been able to do it with my sisters over skype call when I call my families, and when we did it the other day I started to cry as we were just sharing spiritual experiences with each other! If there is one thing I have learned is we are busy. All of us, but making 15 minutes for the gospel is the best investment anyone could ever make!
Love you all so much!Love Elder Carter
